neepora operates neepora.com. For any privacy question or request, email support@neepora.com. We answer within 30 days.
Account: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
Your text: the text you submit and the results we return, and how many words each run used.
Payments: your plan, order dates, amounts and receipts from our payment provider. We never receive your card number.
Usage and technical data: pages you visit and buttons you use on neepora, a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser type and country, and server access logs. See Analytics and cookies below.
Your text is used to produce the rewrite and the AI-detector score you asked for, and for nothing else. We do not use it to train models, we do not sell it, and nobody reads it except when you ask us to look into a problem with a specific document.
Drafts and results are saved in your document library so you can come back to them. You can delete any document, or your whole account, from My account.
neepora accounts are created with Google Sign-In. When you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use them only to create and identify your neepora account, show your name in the app, and contact you about your account and purchases.
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers that run neepora, and our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove neepora's access at any time from your Google Account settings (Security, Third-party apps with account access). Deleting your neepora account deletes the Google profile data we stored.
Account management, billing and usage accounting, text processing and detector scoring, understanding how the site is used so we can improve it, and incident response. Marketing email only with separate consent.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our contract with you to run your account and process your text, on our legitimate interests to keep the service secure and to improve it, on your consent for analytics cookies and marketing email, and on legal obligations to keep payment records.
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and see which pages are used, from which kind of device and roughly which country. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. If you reach neepora from one of our ads, Google Analytics may report that a sign-up or purchase followed the ad so we can measure it. Your text is never part of that.
Our own analytics keeps a random visitor ID and a per-tab session ID in your browser's storage and records page views, how far you scroll, which buttons you click and whether you started typing in a tool. It never records what you type.
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, both stay off until you accept them in the banner. Anyone can turn them off here at any time. Fonts are served from our own servers, so viewing neepora does not send your IP address to a font provider.
We share personal data only with the providers that run neepora for us. Processing and hosting providers handle your text solely to provide the service and may not use it to train their models. Supabase stores your account and documents and runs sign-in. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes payments and receives your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. Google provides sign-in and analytics. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Connections to neepora are encrypted, and access to stored data is limited to what is needed to run and support the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not submit text you are not allowed to share.
neepora is not directed at children and is only for people aged 14 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 14, and we delete it if we learn that it was collected.
Documents stay until you delete them. Deleting your account removes documents and personal data within 30 days. Usage and analytics records are deleted after 14 months. Payment records are kept separately for the statutory five years.
You can use your account controls to see, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to its use, and you can email support@neepora.com for anything the controls do not cover. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we announce it by email and on the site before it takes effect.
