neepora ("we", "the service") is an online writing tool at neepora.com that rewrites text you submit and shows an AI-detector score. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions go to support@neepora.com.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account or use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian. The service is not directed at children, and we delete accounts we learn belong to someone under 14.
neepora revises wording, sentence structure and flow. It does not check facts, and it can change meaning by mistake. Read every result before you use it and correct anything that is wrong, including names, numbers, quotations and citations.
An AI-detector score is a statistical estimate. It is not proof of who or what wrote a text. Detectors, including ours, can be wrong and can change without notice. We do not guarantee any score or result from any detector, and we do not guarantee any grade, review decision or other outcome.
You keep all rights you have in the text you submit, and the rewritten result is yours to use. You confirm that you wrote the text or have permission to use it. We process your text only to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it. Drafts and results are kept in your document library until you delete them. See the privacy policy.
You may not use neepora:
(a) to get around a rule, policy or instruction that bans AI assistance or requires you to disclose it, including by evading an AI detector or other review used to enforce that rule;
(b) to pass off someone else's work as your own or to defeat a plagiarism check;
(c) to impersonate someone, invent sources, evidence or experiences, commit fraud, send spam, harass anyone or break the law;
(d) to share or resell an account, get around usage limits with extra accounts, or access the service with scripts or bots;
(e) to probe the detector in order to build or tune a competing tool.
You are responsible for how you use the results and for following the rules of your school, employer, publisher or client. More detail is on the Responsible use page.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars and renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. The renewal price and period are shown next to the button before you pay. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Each payment sends a receipt by email; you can view your invoices and cancel automatic renewal from your account page or the customer portal linked in that receipt.
You can cancel any time from My account, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period; you are not charged again. Unused monthly words roll over for one month. Top-up words are a one-time purchase, do not renew and do not expire. A first payment is refunded in full within 7 days if 1,000 words or fewer have been used.
Accounts that break these terms may be suspended without notice; any unused paid period is refunded. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from My account.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for academic, professional or other indirect consequences of using the results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms are announced by email and on the site 14 days before they take effect.
