Auto-refill

When your balance drops under 20 credits, a Starter pack is added automatically. Off by default, switch it off any time; nothing is charged unless you turn it on.

Invitations

You and the person you invite each get 20 credits. When they make a first purchase, you get 20 more, once.

Refunds

A document scoring under 90 on GPTZero returns its credits automatically, once per document. An unused pack is refunded in full within 14 days.

Questions people ask

Do credits really never expire?

Yes, for as long as the account exists. After three years without a login we email you, then close the account.

If I run the same text again, is it charged again?

One rerun with a different donor is free. After that, the word count is charged again.

Does Korean work?

Yes. Korean counts 200 characters per credit. GPTZero's Korean verdicts are rougher than English, so the score guarantee applies to English documents.

Where does 90 come from?

It is roughly the lower edge of the range GPTZero labels "highly confident entirely human". Rescans of the same document vary by ±3, so 87–93 is the same result.

Can I use this at school?

Check your rules first. This is not built for assignments where AI drafting is forbidden. It is for cases where AI drafting is allowed and you do not want the result judged on sounding like a machine.
