neepora ("the service") rewrites text you submit and displays an AI-detector score. We do not guarantee accuracy, passage of any particular detector, or any grade or evaluation outcome. The only remedy for a score under 90 is the return of credits.
Credits are bought in packs and do not expire. An unused pack is refunded in full within 14 days of purchase; a partly used pack is not refunded. A document scoring under 90 on GPTZero returns the credits spent on it, once per document.
You warrant that you hold the rights to, or permission for, the text you submit. The service may not be used to break the rules of your institution or to deceive or impersonate anyone. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without notice; remaining credits are refunded.
Your drafts and results are stored in your document library and can be deleted by you. They are not read for any purpose other than processing and are not used to train models. See the privacy policy.
The service is provided as is. Liability for academic or professional consequences or indirect loss is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes to these terms are announced by email and on the site 14 days before they take effect.
