Email, password (hashed), payment details (held by the payment processor; we keep the last four digits and receipts), your submitted text and results, access logs.
Account management, credit accounting, text processing and detector scoring, incident response. Marketing email only with separate consent.
Text processing uses the Anthropic API; detector scoring uses the GPTZero API. Both are contractually barred from retaining or training on your text. Payments: Stripe and Toss Payments.
Documents stay until you delete them. Deleting your account removes documents and personal data within 30 days. Payment records are kept separately for the statutory five years.
