Contact support and choose Billing and refunds, or email support@neepora.com from the address on your account. Tell us which payment it is about.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Separately from refunds, if a completed rewrite scores below 90 on our AI detector, the words spent on that document are returned to your account automatically, once per document.
