How to cancel your plan

You can cancel any time from your account page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Steps

1. Open My account and go to the Plan section.
2. Click Cancel plan.
3. Pick the reason that fits best. It is one question and it helps us improve.
4. Confirm with Cancel plan. The page then shows the date your plan ends.

What happens to your words

Plan words stay usable until the end date and end with the plan. Top-up words and sign-up words never expire and stay on your account after the plan ends.

Changed your mind?

Before the end date, open My account and click Resume plan. Your plan continues on the same billing date.
