Changing your plan

You can move to another plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, at any time. The new plan applies from your next billing date.

Steps

1. Open My account and click Change plan.
2. Pick the plan and billing period you want on the pricing page.
3. Confirm. My account shows the plan you are on now and when the new one starts.

Until the next billing date you keep your current plan and its words. From that date you are billed the new price and get the new monthly words.

If you need more words right away, a top-up adds words immediately, from 10,000 words for $10.
